$3000?

The cost for the program for sold through the company www.premieretrade.com costs around $3000. I've said it many times in the past. I'm going to say it again. There is no trading system or method worth that much.

If there was a system that wouldn't lose, it would be worth more than any average person could pay. In fact it would be priceless. There is no such system.

All systems will suffer losses. The good ones will make money in spite of this fact. You can buy winning systems for less than one hundred dollars. Why would you spend thousands of dollars? Why?

To add insult to injury, usually the systems that cost that much contain very basic information that is freely available. This is usually because overpriced systems are marketed to beginners who don't know better.

4x Made Easy

If you look at the website I listed above, you'll find that it has a very similar feel to the 4x Made Easy website. I really don't know if there is any connection, or if they are just copying each other. I don't have that high opinion of 4x Made Easy.

If Premier Trade is connected with them, that lowers my opinion of them even more.

Not Recommended

So in conclusion, I wouldn't recommend them. Are they scammers? I really couldn't say. I doubt it, but that doesn't mean that their product is good. A lot of legitimate companies market inferior products. It's their great marketing that keeps them afloat.

Of course, you're an adult. You are free to purchase whatever you want. However, it is my recommendation that you pick up a couple of books on technical analysis, read some ebooks on forex, and play around in a demo account. It will be cheaper, and I think you'll get a better value for your money. There are better ways to learn to trade, other courses and manauls that are more detailed and helpful.
